When a property is placed on the MLS, it's necessary to designate the
commission amount to be paid to a cooperating agent/broker. The co-
operating "Buyer Agent Commission" is known as the "BAC." While the
BAC amount is discretionary, our suggested percentages are posted
above. The difference between the total commission and the BAC is
paid to the Listing Broker (Indy Home) at closing for facilitating the
property's sale, advertising, and other incurred expenses.
