Maintenance Contract

...during the full Board meeting held on
November 28th, the members voted to
retain GTServices as our landscape and
snow removal vender for an additional
three-year term.

While the GT Services' bid ranked second
highest of the eight competing venders, a

number of Foxchase residents (many of
whom attended the November meeting)
believed the quality of GT's services war-
ranted the higher cost and urged Board
members not to change venders.


2007 Board Actions of Note...

Some of the most significant actions taken
this year include:

Ruling to permit steel garage doors as an
acceptable replacement for laminated
wood doors.
